Artist Setup:

The show hall will be open for artist setup during the following hours:

Friday, November 22nd, 2019:  10 AM

*All artists must check-in upon arrival to receive your table assignment and badges prior to unloading.

*The show hall will officially open at 4:00pm on Friday to ticket holders.  Our team asks that each artist is setup and ready for ticket holders no later than 3:30pm. Please keep this in mind and plan accordingly.

Table Information:

Artist package includes the following:

  • (One) Table – 6ft long with linens
  • (Two) Chairs
  • (Two) 3-Day Passes to Free Play Florida
  • Internet Connection – is an additional charge
  • Power – If requested during application process

Pricing:

The table fee  is $50.00 and we do require 80% of the items sold at the artisan table must be made/customized by the attending artist. Due to a limited amount of space, artists who share a similar style of product, may not be granted space to reduce frequency of comparable products. Internet fee, if requested is $30 for wireless or $50 for hardwired.

Payment:

Payment is expected within 30 days of your official acceptance email. Upon receiving your acceptance email you will be invoiced via PayPal. Checks and money orders made out to Byte Amusement Group are accepted as well.

Cancellation/No Show:

Any cancellations need to be submitted no less than 30 days prior to the show date, to receive full refund (less fees incurred during processing). Cancellations made within 30 days of Free Play Florida will not be eligible for a refund. Artists who decide to “No Show” without notifying Free Play Florida will not be asked to return to future Free Play Florida events.

Hours of operation:

Artist tables are expected to remain open for business throughout all three days of the convention, during all posted operating hours, unless approved in advance by Free Play Florida organizers.

Delayed openings and premature closings are considered unacceptable without prior notification to and approval from Free Play Florida organizers. A onetime offense is tolerated, however multiple offenses will be met with a fine of $10 per hour and barring from involvement of future events.

Legal Stuff:

By submitting this application you agree to the following terms listed as follows: I, the undersigned, agree to the terms and conditions of participating in Free Play Florida event hosted by Byte Amusement Group  and release and hold harmless Byte Amusement Group from all claims, or action, which may hereafter occur by reason of any damage, loss or injury which may be sustained by the undersigned in consequences of being allowed to participate in Free Play Florida event. I also give Byte Amusement Group the right to use any photographs submitted by me or acquired from the internet for the purpose of advertising, web use and promotion of the show.
