We are thrilled that you are interested in being a part of this year’s event! Please read the below carefully before submitting to be a vendor. Upon review and acceptance you will be provided with a Paypal link for payment. We require a 30 day cancellation notice or your vendor fee will be non refundable.

For Vendors and Artists

All booths are $175 plus $50 per additional table (Pending space availability) and come with approx. an 6’ X 8’ space, 1 table (72” X 30”), 2 chairs and (2) 3-Day Passes for the the Event. Booth also includes a listing in the vendor section of the Website and on signage. Booth price includes one outlet of power.

The Rules

Please review the following rules and regulations concerning your participation in the 2017 Free Play Florida show. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us for further assistance. By signing and returning this form, you are confirming that you have read and agree to all terms and will comply with all the statements below:

1: All vendor spaces must be manned at all times with one of your representatives during show hours. Vendor spaces located in the main room will be locked/secured after show hours/ events. Please be prepared to cover your spaces accordingly during closed times as necessary. Free Play Florida nor Double Tree Properties will be held responsible for loss or damage to vendor property.

2: All vendor spaces must remain intact during the operational hours of the show. Dismantling should not take place until 4pm on Sunday.

3: We can not guarantee the exact location of your vendor space.

4: Vendors must keep their space free from obstruction of the isles and fire exits as noted.

5: All merchandise sold by the vendor to any one person(s) are strictly between you and that customer, in no way involving Free Play Florida or Double Tree Properties.

6: The responsibility to perform business actions in the state of Florida falls on the vendor to abide and obtain any proper licensing or permitting. This includes the responsibility of charging, reporting, and filing of any Florida State sales tax while at Free Play Florida. Sales tax applications are available at www.myflorida.com.

7: No displays or signage can be attached to the walls, causing damage will be the responsibility of the vendor. Signage/banners must remain in your vendor space, but must not block or obscure other vendors.

Exhibitor agrees to protect, save and hold Doubletree Sea World, Byte Amusement Group and all agents and employees thereof harmless for any damages or charges imposed for violation of any law or ordinance, whether occasioned by the negligence of the Exhibitor or those holding under the Exhibitor, and further, Exhibitor shall at all times protect, defend, indemnify, save and hold harmless the indemnities against and from any and all losses, costs, damages, liability, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrence to any person or persons, including Exhibitor, its agent, employees and business invites, which arises
from or out of the exhibition premises, the hotel or any part thereof.
